Job Introduction
- Admin Assistant (Repairs Department)
- Beaverbrooks Head Office, Lytham St Anne's
- Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm)
- £9.50 per hour (£18,588.76 per annum) + excellent benefits

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to work within our Beaverbrooks Repairs Department at our Head Office as our Administration Assistant/Administrator.
As Beaverbrooks Repairs Administration Assistant you will work towards the department’s goal of providing regular updates to our stores, office colleagues and external partners on the status of customer repairs. Whilst you’ll work as part of a busy team, you’ll also need to work to your own initiative to ensure that you provide both an excellent quality, and quantity of work.

Role Responsibility
- Chasing outstanding customer repairs with suppliers
- Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers to provide updates both face to face, over email and via phone
- Emailing estimated customer repair costs to our stores
- Processing post: sorting and dividing store repair parcels
- Generating and updating reports relating to customer repairs
- Security checks to include checking of waste to ensure no disposal of customer items
- General admin to support other areas of the department, at times
The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel & Word
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- A good team player
- Ability to work to own initiative
- Good decision-making skills
- Computer literate
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of working with Excel reports
- Previous experience of responding to queries over email, phone and face to face
