- £12.21 per hour, £9,556.58 per annum

- Initial Chats: 9th & 10th June 2025 / Interviews: 18th & 19th June 2025
We have a fantastic opportunity to join Beaverbrooks Repairs department as a Repairs Admin Assistant.
As Beaverbrooks Repairs Admin Assistant, you will support both our customers, stores, office colleagues and external partners. The Repairs Department at Beaverbrooks focusses on providing information on repairs and services and within this role, you will be required to work both well within the team and to your own initiative as necessary. Working within a busy environment you will be responsible for providing both an excellent quality and quantity of work.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing post: sorting and dividing store customer repairs parcels
- Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers
- Using our delivery pod system
- Security checks to include checking of waste disposal

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Flexibility to work additional hours to support business requirements at peak times
- Existing knowledge of Jewellery
- Previous experience of working to process
