Job Introduction

  • Lytham St Anne's, Lancashire - Please note this role is fully office based.
  • Permanent 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
  • Salary: £11.44 per hour (22,384.79 per annum) + excellent benefits

Join our award winning, family owned jewellers as a Store Design Administration Assistant within our Property and Store Visual Image Department. In this role you will support the team with the delivery of store design projects, ensuring they open on time and run efficiently. This involves maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports and keeping updated records on the internal shared systems.

This role calls for a highly organised person, with a real passion for supporting others and a strong ability to always demonstrate exceptional teamwork. 

You will work seamlessly with members of the Store Design, Property, Visual Image Team, Store Teams, Office Departments and our contractors/suppliers. This position will be based at our office in Lytham 5 days a week, to work closely with our project team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Ensure project information is correctly filed 
  • Support the store design team with project-related tasks
  • Support our Store Design team with design-related tasks
  • Break projects into doable actions and set clear timeframes
  • Communicate and set these deadlines with contractors, architects, and design agencies
  • Communicate clearly with relevant office departments to ensure that everyone is up to speed throughout a project’s duration.
  • Build brand Packs for our brand partners.
  • Responsible for booking in ADT, Safes & CCTV
  • Inputting invoices 
  • Procurement - placing of orders with suppliers for our projects 
  • Round up of keynotes & actions shared with team after meeting
  • Responsible for collating team presentation packs

The Ideal Candidate  

ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

  • Prior experience in an admin project role with a good understanding of project processes, and effective planning 
  • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and prioritise 
  • A great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can nurture great working relationships
  • Initiative to ask questions, speak up and challenge where necessary 
  • Driven, proactive and conscientious 
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word) 

DESIRABLE SKILLS 

  • Knowledge of/experience of working with Microsoft One Note
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Project
