- Salary £22,500 – £24,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
- 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday
- 12-month maternity cover
- Lytham St Annes – hybrid working options to be discussed at interview

Come and join our Marketing Department as an Artwork and Production Assistant. This role is a valuable support for our Brand Team, working on the development of the Beaverbrooks brand portfolio, and the development of brand collateral, POS and communications from brief all the way through to production.
Main Responsibilities
General
- To be the first point of contact for any internal or external enquiries.
- Supporting with artwork and production where required.
- Hands on testing of key campaign visuals and graphics.
- Support across the marketing team with wider projects when required.
- Administration tasks relating to print production.
Creative
- Creation of printed and digital campaign assets and collateral from initial brief to final artwork.
- Ensure all work created adheres to the relevant brand guidelines.
- Creation of artwork to support customer communications with regards to store re-fits or moves.
- Creative development and artworking of assets to support our promotional calendar.
- Re-sizing and updating of in store visuals based on changes to stores and seasonal campaigns.
Production
- Support the Production Coordinator with the production of printed collateral and ongoing stock management of these materials for Beaverbrooks brands.
- Liaising with external suppliers to gain quotes, coordinate print process and manage deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining production schedule and liaising with other members of the marketing team and wider business where relevant.
- Coordinating efficient and cost-effective delivery of materials, liaising with print and courier companies
- Communication of deliveries and install guidance to all store teams and relevant departments.
