We have a brand new, exciting opportunity within our Audit department for a highly organised individual to drive our E-Warranty project forward.
This is a newly created role with it becoming extremely important and necessary to integrate the collation of e-warranties into our stock control monitoring processes.
The successful candidate will help build relationships with our branded partners as well as strengthening relationships with our office and store colleagues. They must have an eye for detail whilst also having passion and initiative to develop and grow this area of stock control measures.

Role Responsibility
- Responsible for collating and reporting on brand requests for stock control on E-warranties and investigating any questions that arise
- Creating and maintaining reports using Excel and other reporting options, whilst also continually looking to develop and grow the processes
- Analysing various reports and systems
- Building relationships with our luxury branded partners through weekly and monthly reporting and correspondence
- Supporting our stores in efficient and accurate recording of Swiss brand sales and stockholding by creating monthly and yearly plans
- Carrying out stock holding checks on our Swiss brand warranties across the business ensuring necessary resources are available and deadlines are met
- Hold colleagues accountable to set standards, expectations and providing feedback
- Maintaining and developing the changeover of further watch brand e-warranty systems.
- Contribute and support the Audit team with the general running of the department including emails, store stock queries, adjustments, stock takes and colleague sales.
The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIALS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
- Highly organised and efficient, being able to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Proactive, with a ‘take action’ mindset and the ability to work to own initiative
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel for report building
- Excellent decision-making skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience of playing a key role in department projects
- Ability to maintain and build lasting relationships both internally and externally
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
