Job Title: CRM Co-Ordinator

Location: Lytham St Annes

Contract: Permanent 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum

Interviews: w/c 23rd August

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our CRM team as a CRM Co-Ordinator, sitting within our fast-paced and ever-growing marketing department. As a CRM Co-Ordinator you’ll be focused on the management and delivery of key customer campaigns and initiatives, all with the goal of delivering our highly personal Beaverbrooks customer experience across all touchpoints, to drive more value for the business. It’s a particularly exciting time for the department as we launch a new platform that will provide lots of new opportunities to enhance the way we target and speak to our customers.

The role is based at our office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire although the team are predominantly working remotely at present due to Covid. Options for remote working going forwards can be discussed at interview.

Role Responsibility

  • You’ll provide support to the CRM Manager and Campaign Planner on creating customer journeys and working with new system technology to drive our CRM strategy forward
  • You’ll support campaign creation including briefing creative, and working with our in-house brand team and Production Coordinator to ensure timely delivery and on budget 
  • You’ll ensure for all campaigns that we’re talking to the right customer, at the right time, in the right way – working with data to define audience selections, across direct mail and email channels .
  • For all campaigns you’ll be responsible for the extraction of data and appropriate quality control checks.
  • You’ll support the ongoing analysis of these campaigns and make learnings that inform future activities.
  • You’ll support the CRM Manager with integration and testing of the new system, including ongoing developments.
  • Reporting – you’ll be responsible for collating and distributing key BI reports to the business including campaign reporting. You’ll be working with numerous systems and teams to ensure optimum customer experience is delivered - and that campaigns and initiatives are delivered cohesively across all touchpoints.
  • You will collaborate with other stakeholders (including wider Marketing team, eCommerce, Store Retail teams, Product & Buying) to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

  • Great knowledge and passion for CRM along with a keen interest in retail
  • Experience working with CRM campaign planning and monitoring tools
  • Strong understanding of e-marketing best practices
  • Demonstrable experience of executing consumer email programmes end to end
  • Ability to be adaptable and reactive and used to working in fast paced environments
  • Highly organised, as well as flexible and solutions-based when required
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills
  • Commercial thinker and results focused
  • A proactive, resourceful and self-starting approach - ability to hit the ground running
  • A great communicator and team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at any one time

    DESIRABLE SKILLS 

  • Multichannel retail experience
  • Specific experience with the Exponea system
