We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Property and Store Image team as a Display Operations & Visual Merchandising Assistant. This is a key support role focused on the smooth and timely fulfilment of display orders across our stores, critical to how our brand is presented and experienced in-store.

While an interest in Visual Merchandising is welcomed, the role is suited to someone with strong coordination skills, confidence using Excel and a good understanding of working within budgets. You’ll collaborate with stores, suppliers and brand partners to ensure display equipment is delivered on time, cost-effectively and to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of fulfilling display orders, responding to store queries, and providing practical solutions.
  • Coordinate deliveries, maintain stock levels, and oversee the organisation of our display storeroom.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our fulfilment processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues and maintain quality and timeline expectations.
  • Support brand partners with their display needs, ensuring equipment aligns with internal guidelines and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate ordering records, monitor costs, and manage within an agreed budget.
  • Produce and maintain clear instructions, inventories, and guidelines to support the Display and VM team.
  • Gather and analyse display-related data to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with the distribution and communication of visual merchandising guidelines to stores.
  • Support the launch of new products and displays, ensuring timely setup and consistency.
  • Support with the setting up visual merchandising guidelines for store teams.

The Ideal Candidate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • A highly organised and detail focused approach to work.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, including tracking budgets, orders and stock.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • A keen interest in retail environments and how stores are presented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Team player with a willingness to support across different areas of the team.
  • Comfortable communicating with suppliers, stores and brand partners.
  • Experience creating clear, instructional documentation or presentations.
  • Flexible with working hours to support occasional store or supplier visits.

 DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a Visual Merchandising, retail operations or stock fulfilment role.
  • Exposure to store display logistics or supplier coordination.
  • Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations.
