• Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience

As an Events Assistant, you’ll play an important role in bringing a variety of Beaverbrooks and Loupe events to life, across both daytime and evening. These range from Hospitality Days and in-store experiences to larger offsite events for some of the world’s most recognised watch and jewellery brands. 

You’ll be part of an ambitious, fast-paced events team, supporting everything from planning and logistics to guest experiences and event delivery across our local, regional and national events calendar.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll support the planning, organisation and delivery of our events calendar, including:

• Being a key contact for stores and internal teams, prioritising requests and keeping things moving
• Keeping the Events team organised through meetings, communications, proofreading, systems administration and reports
• Organising guest lists, invitations and event details
• Researching venues, entertainment, goody bags, transport and accommodation
• Coordinating logistics, equipment, product, orders, deliveries and suppliers
• Supporting event briefs for photographers, influencers and other partners
• Working with our PR team on press events
• Making sure tasks are completed on time and on brief

The Ideal Candidate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident and naturally proactive, with a genuine passion for Event Management.

• Previous event experience and/or a relevant qualification
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn quickly
• Confidence communicating with colleagues, suppliers, agencies and clients
• Able to work independently, use your own initiative and be a great team player

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience in hospitality or customer service
• An interest in marketing and current event trends
• An interest in luxury and fashion retail
