- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Flexibility in working patterns can be discussed at interview.
- £18,588.76- £19,500 per annum depending on experience + excellent benefits

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual to join our fast paced Learning & Development team.
As our Learning and Development Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the department, along with planning and organising internal and external training events for all of our Beaverbrooks colleagues, both Head Office and store.

We are based at our head office in Lytham St Annes (near Blackpool) but our teams are currently operating a hybrid way of working with a mix of home and remote working. This can be discussed further at interview.
Role Responsibility
The role will mainly involve:
- Being the key contact for all matters relating to learning and development- both internally for our stores and externally, for our brand partners as well.
- Organisation of brand, external and internal training events- from our Management Development Program (MDP), to our Supervisor and Manager training to Office Development sessions. This will include hotel and travel bookings.
- Processing of invoices related to the department and events organised.
- Responsible for managing our Jewellery education training (JET courses) applications and general administration relating to the course.
- Organising First Aid training (new and refresher courses) and general administration relating to this.
- Management of the completion of our annual compliance courses on e-learning.
- Printing of learning materials.
- Estimating/Projecting department budgets
- Keeping all of our colleagues training records up to date.
- Quarterly reporting on progress of training events and personal development/achievements.
- Supporting the L&D management team when required with any new initiatives/courses.
The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
It’s important that the successful candidate has the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work to own initiative.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal with evidence to support the skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confident working with Microsoft Outlook.
- Previous experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
It’s advantageous if you also have the following skills and experience:
- JET certificate/Diploma
- Previous experience working in a L&D department would be desirable but not essential.
