Organic Social Coordinator
Job Introduction

- Location: Lytham – minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
- Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

We’re looking for an Organic Social Coordinator to join our Digital & Brand Experience team. Working within the Content Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the planning, management, execution and reporting of our on-page organic social activity across Beaverbrooks and Loupe. This includes five schedules for Beaverbrooks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest) and two for Loupe (Instagram and Facebook).
This is a highly organised, fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple schedules, deadlines and approvals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own our organic social calendars – taking responsibility for the planning, management, execution, scheduling and reporting of organic social activity across Beaverbrooks and Loupe.
- Keep everything on track and on brand – ensuring content goes live on time and to a high standard, managing approvals, following our social frameworks and delivering campaigns seamlessly.
- Bring our social plans to life – working closely with the Organic Social Content Creator to communicate briefs, coordinate timelines, manage feedback and approvals, and ensure schedules are delivered on time.
- Turn data into action – leading on organic social reporting, monitoring channel performance and growth, and sharing meaningful insights and recommendations to improve future social strategies.
- Deliver campaigns and launches – ensuring key campaigns and product launches are delivered effectively across social, working closely with our PR & Influencers, Brand and Product Marketing teams on requirements, content and timings.
- Help build our communities – supporting community management across our social channels and helping to manage our User Generated Content platform, curating high-quality content for use across our channels.
- Support influencer activations – helping coordinate and deliver influencer and UGC activity across our social channels, ensuring activations align with wider campaigns and social plans.
- Keep content moving – supporting the scheduling and publishing of content across our social platforms, ensuring everything is accurate, timely and ready to go.
- Get creative when needed – supporting with content creation, including copywriting, to help bring our social content to life.
- Stay ahead of the social curve – keeping up to date with the latest social trends, reactive opportunities, platform developments and best practices to keep our content relevant, engaging and visible.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Coordinator role, managing multiple social calendars
- Experience managing organic social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn, including scheduling, publishing and platform best practices
- Skilled in reporting, analysing figures and making recommendations
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience in an Organic Social Coordinator role within Retail/eCommerce
- Knowledge of jewellery, watches, diamonds and fashion trends
- Manage and grow YouTube content, including scheduling and publishing videos and Shorts, writing supporting copy, repurposing social content, monitoring analytics and staying up to date with platform trends and best practice.
