We are thrilled to announce opportunity for an experienced PPC Manager to join our eCommerce team at Beaverbrooks.

The successful candidate will be part of our eCommerce Digital Marketing team, overseeing the daily management and ongoing optimisation of our paid search accounts. You will play a key role in driving substantial eCommerce revenue while managing a significant budget. This role is ideal for a specialist with extensive paid search experience and a performance-focused mindset.

 

We are based at our head office in Lytham St Annes but our teams are currently operating a hybrid way of working which can be discussed further at interview. 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the PPC strategy for Beaverbrooks and Loupe, ensuring the channel is delivering set revenue targets.
  • Manage account budgets and set targets for all activity to ensure spend has clear expectations and a measurable return.
  • Monitor and optimise paid search performance, maximising KPI’s such as Impression Share, CTR and ROAS.
  • Oversee campaigns across YouTube and Google Display.
  • Implement best practise approaches across both brands to ensure the account is operating as efficiently as possible.
  • Conduct experiments to test new features and strategies within the accounts, constantly taking a test and learn approach.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis so that stakeholders are kept up to date with performance.
  • Manage the PPC Analyst within the eCommerce Digital Marketing team as well as external agencies and search partners.
  • Work closely with the SEO agency to support a combined search strategy.
  • Closely monitor competitor PPC activity and use auction insights to not only understand the market, but also to improve our position within it.

The Ideal Candidate  

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Established in a PPC account management role
  • Experience of managing enterprise-level budgets
  • Profit-focussed and KPI driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Incredibly organised and confident in a fast-paced environment 
  • A commercial attitude
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Hands on paid search experience working across Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as Google Merchant Centre
  • A passion for eCommerce and all things digital

DESIRABLE

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or similar
  • Google Ads certified
  • Experience of managing digital marketing campaigns in the retail sector. 
  • Working on performance max campaigns, YouTube and Google Display. 
  • Experience/knowledge of the full Digital Marketing channel mix including Paid Social, Affiliates and SEO.
