Job Introduction

  • Project Coordinator 
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • £22,000-£25,000 per annum depending on experience + great benefits
  • Lytham St Annes

We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering critical pathways, to join our growing Property and Store Image team to support them with their mission of developing the future generations of our beautiful Beaverbrooks and Loupe stores.

In this role you will be a strong collaborator, working with multiple teams simultaneously to ensure the seamless planning and implementation of our exciting projects.

This role is based at our office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire but will require some occasional travel to stores, to familiarise yourself with projects.

Role Responsibility

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure project information is correctly filed
  • Support the Project Programme Manager with project-related tasks
  • Support our Store Design team with design-related tasks
  • Break projects into doable actions and set clear timeframes
  • Communicate and set these deadlines with contractors, architects, and design agencies
  • Ensure that the project programme is running smoothly and make sure that the Project Programme Manager is aware of any areas where the programme/brief can’t be met and chasing deadlines where required
  • Communicate clearly with relevant office departments to ensure that everyone is up to speed throughout a project’s duration

The Ideal Candidate

Essential skills & experience

  • Prior experience in a project role with a good understanding of project processes; critical pathways and effective planning
  • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can nurture great working relationships
  • Initiative to ask questions, speak up and challenge where necessary
  • Driven, proactive and conscientious
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft Project

Desirable skills & experience

  • Experience of working with projects in a construction environment
  • Knowledge of/experience of working with Autocad
  • Knowledge of/experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of/experience of working with CGI
