We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly driven Project Manager, who has a real passion for delivering projects to a set critical path, to join our growing Beaverbrooks Property and Store Visual Image team and deliver nationwide store refit projects from idea to completion.
This is an ideal role for an existing Project Manager or experienced Assistant Project Manager, with experience in a transferable field, who prides themselves in excellent time management, organisational and communication skills and who is now looking to take a step in further progressing their career.

This role is based at our office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. Options for remote working going forwards can be discussed at interview.
Role Responsibility
- Project management of shop fits; taking a project from concept drawings to full build.
- Liaising with architects, design agencies, shop fitters and contractors on site.
- Breaking projects into achievable actions and set timeframes for these.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Helping prepare and manage project budgets.
- Analysing risks and opportunities.
- Work alongside our Programme Manager to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Acting as the point of contact for projects and communicating project status to all participants.
- Building relationships with, and working alongside our Brand partners.
- Supporting the team with the procurement of all assets for projects.
- Using programs to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) .
The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven passion for project management and project delivery, ideally in retail or shop construction.
- Evidence of completing projects over £1 million.
- Excellent project management skills to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all projects.
- Previous experience of managing project budgets.
- Previous experience of working with both external suppliers and creative designers.
- Previous experience of stakeholder management.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator - the ability to nurture strong relationships internally and externally is key.
- Highly organised and efficient – able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Adaptable and reactive to align with changing needs of a retail business.
- A competent problem solver who makes things happen.
- Driven by results and a constant desire to improve and get better.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and One Note
- Fantastic team player.
DESIRABLE
- Previous experience of retail store design
- Previous experience in project delivery in luxury retail.
- MRICS or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience of working with project management programs such as Microsoft planner,Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Sketch-up, CAD.
