Job Introduction

- Temporary contract until end of January 2024
- £10.42 per hour (£16,311.15 per annum)
We have a new role available join the Beaverbrooks Recruitment team at our Office in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.
As the Beaverbrooks Recruitment Administrator, you will be part of a small team that supports the hiring managers in our 73 stores, our office departments & our Recruitment & Training Managers, to attract and retain the best possible people for our business. You will be an ambassador of Beaverbrooks and will give a great first impression when welcoming all new colleagues on board.
Working hours are 30 hours per week which can be spread over 4 – 5 days. There would be a requirement for Mondays and Thursdays to be working days however we can be flexible on when the other hours could be worked, between Monday – Friday. There will also be the option for some seasonal overtime between September - November if desired.
This role is based at one of our offices in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.

Role Responsibility
Supporting the Recruitment Coordinator and hiring managers with the process for all new starters joining the business. This includes:
- Setting up new starter files
- Carrying out reference checks (by email or phone)
- Arranging, booking, and inviting new starters to inductions
- Booking induction accommodation and training rooms where necessary
- Printing and sending materials for inductions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communicator – both written & verbal
- Computer literate – confident user of word, excel & the internet
- High attention to detail & levels of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise
