Job Introduction

Job title: Repairs Administration Assistant (Post)

Contract: Temporary Contract from Monday 3rd December 2018 - Friday 1st March 2019

Hours: 15 hours per week (9am - 5pm, Thursdays and Fridays)

Location: St. Annes on Sea, Lancashire

Interviews: 8th & 9th November

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to work within our Repairs Department during their busiest period.

The Repairs Department at Beaverbrooks focuses on providing information on repairs and services and within this role, you will be required to work both well within the team and to your own initiative as necessary. Working within a busy environment you will be responsible for providing both an excellent quality and quantity of work.

Role Responsibility

  • Processing post: including customer, stock and manufacturers parcels
  • Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers
  • General filing
  • Security checks to include checking of waste disposal
  • Supporting in other areas of the department as required

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • A good team player
  • Ability to work to own initiative
  • Good decision making skills
  • Computer literate
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel & Word
