Job Introduction

Job Title: Repairs Department Administration Assistant 

Hours: 22.5 hours per week between the hours of 9am-5pm. (Days to be confirmed at Interview)

Wage: £8.21 per hour rising to £8.33 per hour

Location: Beaverbrooks Head Office, Lytham St Annes

Interviews: W/c 1st July

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to work within our Repairs Department at  our Beaverbrooks Head Office in Lytham St Annes. 

As Beaverbrooks’ Repairs Administration Assistant, you will support both our customers, stores, Office colleagues and external partners. The Repairs Department at Beaverbrooks focusses on providing Information on repairs and services and within this role, you will be required to work both well within the team and to your own initiative as necessary. Working within a busy environment you will be responsible for providing both an excellent quality and quantity of work.

Role Responsibility

  • Processing post: including customer, stock and manufacturers parcels
  • Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers
  • General filing
  • Security checks to include checking of waste disposal
  • Supporting in other areas of the department as required
