Job Introduction

Job Title: Repairs Department Administration Assistant 

Location: Lytham St Annes 

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week 

Contract: Temporary Contract 2nd December 2019 until 6th March 2020

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and motivated individual to work within our Repairs Department at our Head Office in Lytham St Annes during their busiest period. As part of our Repairs team you will support our customers, stores, office colleagues and external partners by processing the post.

Role Responsibility

The main aspects of the role would include:

  • Processing post: including customer, stock and manufacturers parcels.
  • Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers
  • General filing
  • Security checks to include checking of waste disposal
  • Supporting in other areas of the department

  • Excellent communicator - written & verbal

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills

  • Uses their own initiative
  • Has good decision-making skills
  • Computer literate
  • Confident user of excel & word
