Job Introduction

  • Part-Time Repairs Department Administrator  
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday- Friday 10am-2pm 
  • Please note the successful candidate will be required to step up to full time 37.5 hours per week during peak time and to cover for team holidays. 
  • £9.50 per hour + great benefits

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our award-winning business and work within our busy Repairs Department at our Head Office in Lytham St Annes. 

As Beaverbrooks Part-Time Repairs Department Administrator, you will provide important information on repairs and services to our customers, stores, office colleagues and external partners and will be responsible for providing both an excellent quality and quantity of work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibility

  • Processing post: sorting and dividing store customer repairs parcels
  • Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers via phone and email
  • Using our delivery pod system
  • Security checks- to include checking of waste disposal

 

The Ideal Candidate

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE  

  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • A good team player
  • Ability to work to own initiative
  • Good decision making skills
  • Computer literate
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel & Word

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 

  • Previous experience of working to process 
  • Previous experience of working in a busy environment 

This role would be ideal for candidates who have previous experience of working in admin roles but all applicable training will be provided.
