  • Lytham St Annes, Lancashire
  • £23,129.90 per annum
  • Close date – Wednesday 19th February
  • Initials calls – 20th and 21st February and interviews – w/c 24th February

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and results-driven Sales Consultant to develop a luxury retail career with an award-winning family owned jewellers in our Customer Service Sales department at our Beaverbrooks Office in Lytham. 

Shift patterns will be published 8 weeks in advance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Sales Consultant at Beaverbrooks, you’ll enjoy passionately selling stunning diamonds, jewellery and watches to our customers over the phone, webchat and email. This also includes handling of price promises through our website. 

It means you’ll be creating moments that will last a lifetime—for every customer, every time.

You’ll know how to encourage love and appreciation for our products, by knowing each one of them and what makes them special. 

When listening to customers, you’ll understand their needs and how much they’d like to spend on something really special, so you can help them find the perfect item for their occasion.

Make no mistake, there's a lot to learn about the products, the people and the Beaverbrooks Way. And be prepared for accountability. The truth is, you’re going to have to work hard if you want to keep up—but, believe us, you’ll want to.

Learning & Development is a key part of this role to ensure that your brand and product knowledge is up to date to ensure the customer receives the best possible advice.

DESIRABLE SKILLS 

  • Previous experience of a similar role. 
  • Good typing speed and the ability to respond quickly and effectively 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) 
  • Ability to influence and inspire other colleagues
  • Previous experience of working to financial targets or KPIs
