  • Hours: Permanent, Part Time – 30 hours per week, across 7 days, within the department opening hours of 8am – 6pm (8pm business dependant)
  • Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire
  • Salary: £20,185.10 per annum (pro rata of £25,231.38)
  • Close date: Thursday 6th August
  • Interview dates: Friday 7th August 

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Consultant to develop a luxury retail career with an award-winning family owned jeweller at our Customer Service department at our Beaverbrooks Head Office in Lytham. 

Key Responsibilities

Join us as a Sales Consultant and develop your luxury retail career with our family-owned jewellers. 

In this role you’ll passionately sell diamonds, jewellery and branded watches to our customers over the phone, webchat and email as well as price promises. 

It means you’ll be creating moments that will last a lifetime—for every customer, every time. You’ll know how to encourage love and appreciation for our products and develop your product knowledge.

When listening to customers, you’ll understand their needs and how much they’d like to spend on something special, so you can help them find the perfect item.

Make no mistake, there's a lot to learn about the products, the people and the Beaverbrooks Way. And be prepared for accountability. The truth is, you’re going to have to work hard if you want to keep up—but, believe us, you’ll want to.

Desirable Skills

  • Good typing speed and the ability to respond to customers effectively
