- Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm)
- Salary: £12.80 per hour & excellent benefits

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Stock-In Assistant to join our friendly and fast-paced Stock department. This is a great opportunity to play a key role behind the scenes, helping us ensure our products are available for customers in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be part of a supportive team, working together to handle deliveries, manage stock, and maintain the high standards we’re known for.
As our Stock In Assistant, you’ll take pride in accuracy and organisation, supporting the smooth flow of stock into the business and helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Booking in stock across all Beaverbrooks and branded product ranges using in-house systems
- Processing invoices, checking costs, and supporting the maintenance of profit margins
- Carrying out quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards
- Communicating with suppliers via phone and email
- Working collaboratively with key departments both in person and remotely
- Processing over-profile stock from stores
- Handling deliveries and stock, including some heavy lifting

- Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment or jewellery setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Knowledge of Beaverbrooks products, diamonds, and hallmarking
- Understanding of foreign exchange rates and metal pricing
- Relevant qualifications such as JET 1 or JET 2
