- Lytham St Annes (near Blackpool)
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- £20,000-£22,00 per annum depending on experience

Joining our award-winning family owned retail jewellers as our eCommerce Test Assistant, you will be part of our ever-growing and fast-paced eCommerce team who strive to ensure that our customer journey is just as unforgettable online, as it is in store.
As our eCommerce Test Assistant you will support the Lead Test Analyst and the rest of the Product team in the delivery of projects by supporting with the execution of the testing phase. In this role you will gain experience in all areas of User Acceptance Testing and develop a strong understanding of the lifecycle of eCommerce projects.
You will be technically minded and have an interest in understanding how things work and ensuring they meet requirements.

Role Responsibility
- Support in the functional and non-functional testing of projects and releases, following test cases to ensure changes meet the requirements of the business.
- Support in the execution of user acceptance testing on all releases on the eCommerce platform and supporting systems.
- Assist in updating the wider project team on overall testing progress and identifying any issues that need to be escalated to the wider team.
- Be responsible for raising any issues within your test cases when testing any of our systems in the relevant tracking software.
- Support in all types of testing from campaigns within the wider business to site regression and performances tests.
- Follow a standardised testing approach and use a consistent toolset across each project.
- Work with the team to identify any enhancement or improvement opportunities.
- Hold customer service/experience in the highest regard.
The Ideal Candidate
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A desire to develop technical skills and experience in the eCommerce area.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Highly organised and motivated.
- Have a proactive and logical approach to problem-solving technical and process issues.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- The ability to work closely within a multi-disciplinary team.
- A passion for online/digital.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with eCommerce QA / UAT processes.
- Experience with the SAP Hybris platform.
- Knowledge and expertise relating to website development and design.
