We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Product team within our Digital and Brand Experience department on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a key role in shaping and delivering meaningful digital experiences for our customers. Working closely with our Product Manager and trusted technical partners, you’ll take ownership of development projects from concept through to launch - bringing our roadmap to life with care, collaboration and attention to detail.

Based at our Lytham office, this is a primarily office-based role with some flexibility for home working, to be discussed at interview.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of online development projects, overseeing quality, performance and scope, whilst controlling risks to timelines
- Liaise with teams and stake holders to document business requirements for new enhancements and projects and ensuring we have a clear definition of the project scope
- Working closely with the Lead Test Analyst and the product team to ensure User Acceptance testing is completed to the standard required and that the acceptance criteria are always met
- Authoring project plans and ensuring these are communicated to the relevant parties
- Chairing project status meetings and producing accompanying written reports
- Monitoring project timelines and progress, pro-actively flagging any risks, delays or missed milestones
- Actively participate in project go-live preparation, ensuring that plans are up to date and any training or other necessary arrangements have been made
- Be able to undertake user acceptance testing supporting the team to ensure smooth delivery of the projects we are delivering
- Ensuring project objectives/deliverables are met
- Co-ordinating Project Retrospectives, ensuring that all projects are reviewed, evaluated and learnings shared

The Ideal Candidate
Essential Skills
- Project management experience in an IT or eCommerce role
- Hands-on experience of managing both 3rd party and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge and awareness of web technologies, architecture and software development.
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring requirements have been met
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Highly organised
- A passion for online/digital
Desirable Skills
- Domain experience of the Commerce tools platform and associated business tools
- Experience of executing user acceptance testing to support the successful delivery of project
- Hands-on experience managing complex eCommerce projects
